• We provide you with a realistic and non-binding estimation of the rental value of your property
• All our employees are fluent in four languages and therefore allow most customers to be served in their mother tongue
• We make a professional description of your property including:
  - Description in four languages (English, French, Flemish, German)
   - professional photos of your property 
   - presentation of all legal documents required by law
• We place a real estate sign in front of your property if desired.
• Visits can take place 7/7 and also before and after business hours.
• We follow-up on interested candidates to provide you feed-back and negotiate with potential tenants
• Every potential tenants is screened with regards to his credibility before a lease is signed
• We draft the rental contract according to the standards of the law and respect your personal requests
• We organize a site description (“etat des lieux” or “plaatsbeschrijving”) with the expert of your choice
• we make sure that subscriptions to gas, water and electricity are correctly transferred on the tenant.
• We take care of the registration of your rental contract
• We hand over the keys to the tenant only after the first monthly rent is paid, the rental guarantee is done and the house is insured by the tenant.
• Payment of our fee only when the keys are handed over and the first monthly rent is paid.
• No cure = no pay
